What does the dermal filler training course involve?

The course takes place over a day and also includes required pre-course reading which will be sent out to each delegate before the training day. The pre-course reading is delivered through our comprehensive e learning platform. There is an assessment that is required to be completed prior to training to ensure all delegates have a good understanding of the pre-course reading.

The morning session will begin with a discussion of the theory behind dermal filler treatment, including facial anatomy and physiology, different dermal filler products available and injection techniques. Consultation and patient consent is vitally important with all aesthetic treatments, so following the presentation, all delegates will be given time to conduct a thorough medical consultation with their models. The afternoon session of the course focuses on practical training, allowing all delegates to put into practice the skills that they have learnt and carry out dermal filler treatments on their models under the guidance and supervision of our practitioners.

Following the course, what support will I receive?

All delegates will be able to purchase any required equipment or products directly from Rising Dawn Training on the day. Once you have introduced the treatment to your clinics, our team will be happy to offer advice and guidance should you have any questions. We can be contacted by phone or email. We also offer all delegates ongoing support and continued professional development. Our Training Director and Lead Trainer, Dawn, is qualified to Master’s Degree Level, with a Level 7 qualification in Advanced Nurse Practice, and a successful Medical Aesthetics Business in York.V
