These terms are between Rising Dawn Aesthetics and the Delegate

OUR BOOKING TERMS

What these terms cover. 

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you, whether these are aesthetic treatments or our training services.

Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you book with us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide our services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms please contact us to discuss.

 Who we are.

We are Rising Dawn Aesthetics a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 11051027 and our registered office is at 54 Bootham York, YO30 7XZ.

How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

In order to secure a place on our courses, a non-refundable £150 deposit is required together with an Application Form.  The remaining balance is required 4 weeks before the course commences.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the deposit being lost if we cannot transfer the place to another delegate.  An administration fee will be charged for time taken to transfer the place of £100+VAT.

Once you have made your course booking with Rising Dawn Training you have agreed to Rising Dawn terms and conditions and entered into a specific date contract. Your course is deemed as started on receipt of confirmation and course materials either via e-learning or by email.

In the instance that a course is fully booked with a waiting list of other delegates wishing to attend the course, any delegate whose balance payment for the course is overdue may lose their place to one of the people on the waiting list.

There is an additional charge of 1.5% for all credit card payments.

If a course is booked with short notice (within 7 days before a course date) the course will be strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation of a reserved course is required in writing or email to [email protected] 4 weeks in advance of course start date.

If a delegate cancels a course with notice as per above, the deposit will not be refunded but transferred to another course date and an admin fee of £50+VAT will be charged.

If a delegate cancels a course without giving the required notice, part or all of their payment may be lost. If a delegate calls in sick on the day, Rising Dawn Training have lost the opportunity of filling their place and 50% of the fee will be lost.

If it is a small course and is unable to go ahead due to a delegate’s cancellation, all fees paid will be lost.

If a delegate fails to turn up on the day, no refund or transfer to another course date will be made.

Payment plans must be completed/arranged 5 weeks before commencement of course. No certificate will be given until full payment is received.

It is the delegate’s responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. Rising Dawn Ltd is pleased to provide advice but will accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.

Any pre-course reading documents or handouts received are the responsibility of the delegate, if these documents, including any certificates issued, are lost, there will be a charge to have these replaced. If you require a certificate to be replaced, this will incur a charge of £20+VAT. If you lose your e learning link, there will be a fee of £10+VAT in order to be resigned up to the platform. If you lose any manual there will be a fee of £35+VAT to replace. Any supporting documents lost there will be a fee of £15+VAT to replace.

It may be necessary for Rising Dawn Training Ltd to reschedule or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances.  If the reschedule dates of the course are not convenient, Rising Dawn Ltd liability will be limited to a refund of the deposit or fees paid to date.

Rising Dawn Training Ltd reserves, the right to alter the course   venue/location.

All delegates are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by Rising Dawn Training Ltd.

All delegates are covered by Rising insurance policy with Cosmetic Insure whilst training.

Delegates will only be certified once Rising Dawn Training Ltd have assessed that they can deliver the aesthetic treatment safely.  If a delegate does not meet the standards for certification, a further training session will be arranged at an additional cost.

On successful completion of the course, delegates will be required to obtain their own indemnity insurance against malpractice.  Details of insurance companies will be provided.

If you are required to provide a model for the training course you will be informed with considerable notice before the course.  Models are charged at a discounted rate and will be informed of the cost prior to their deposit being taken.

The terms and conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between the course applicant and Rising dawn Training Ltd and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.

No course material, presentation slides or manuals may be re-used, given out or sold without prior permission from Rising Dawn Training Ltd.

Payment plans must be completed before course date.

At Rising Dawn Training, you must have a recognized medical or beauty qualification to train with us.

 We regularly receive enquiries from people who are looking for a change in career, however, if you do not come from a beauty or medical background, unfortunately we cannot help.

If you are purchasing reduced price Services as you are volunteering as a model Deposits are to be paid on booking to secure the allocated appointment slot. Without a deposit payment, the appointment is not secured and therefore we may not be able to accommodate you at the time requested.

Model appointments are carried out by our students under supervision from our tutors. Models should be aware that they are receiving a discounted service and therefore we will not be held responsible for unsatisfactory results.

Cancellations or rearrangements made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in loss of deposit. You will also lose your deposit if you fail to show up to your appointment.

  The reduced price for Anti Wrinkle injections does NOT include a top up appointment. If unsatisfactory results have occurred, models should contact us to arrange for a nurse practitioner to assess the results and decide if further Services by way of a top up are required. If it is, this will be of no additional charge. Our decision in this regard is final and in our absolute and sole discretion.

Our responsibility for your loss or damage suffered by you

 We are only responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to our services.

 We are not liable for business losses. We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. If you are operating in the services of a business, then our liability to you shall be limited to an amount equivalent to the price of the services.
